Galvanized adjustable steel hinge with M18 anchor flange and lock nut
Product code: D4/53-M18-K

The adjustable hinge with anchor flange provides a practical solution for fastening and precisely adjusting the position of swing gates, wickets, and other rotating metal structures. It is equipped with an anchor flange measuring 90 Γ— 90 mm and an M18 thread. Easy regulation of the hinge position is enabled by a rotating nut, which facilitates the adjustment and fine-tuning of the gate leaf's seating.
The hinge is supplied with a lock nut to secure the adjustment. The galvanized surface finish ensures protection of the relevant steel parts against corrosion. Parts intended for welding are supplied without surface treatment to be ready for welding.

Installation and compatibility
The anchor flange is fastened with screws through the prepared holes with a diameter of 10.5 mm. Parts intended for welding are welded to the metal structure according to installation requirements. The hinge position can be easily regulated using a rotating nut. After adjustment, the position is secured with a lock nut.
During installation, it is necessary to consider the gate's construction, the fastening method, and the desired adjustment of the gate leaf.
